If you are facing mental health issues and want to talk to someone about it, check in with your family to see if they know any family doctors that can help! This would be your first option.

It's always important to talk to a trusted adult, if you prefer an online therapist get a consultation to a website that has online mental health help and therapy. These are great for working with someone that can help, but also from the comfort of your own home

If online therapy is not your thing, try mental therapists that you can actually go to. These people would not be online and you would be able to see these people in real life and talk to them in person. You can contact them directly to set up an appointment and start from there.

Your last option would be to talk to hospitals around your community and get diagnosed for a mental condition. From there, doctors can help you find the best type of care to help cope with your issues. This may be rehab, physical /mental therapy, and if the condition is very serious you might even be referred to a psychiatrist.
